Melon Capital is a professional player on the Ukrainian commercial real estate market that specializes in real estate deals. The company is a part of the Melon Investment Group, whose portfolio since 2008 has collected projects in various sectors of the economy (mechanical engineering, transport, construction, project business, consulting, and capital management).
Our task was to create outdoor advertising and advertising in print media so that in an unusual way to inform those interested that Melon Capital is to buy retail space of any kind.
Our solution was a succinct message in a language understandable to architects and those who are engaged in real estate business, it was just a short message "WE BUY" (in Russian – “КУПИМ”), where each letter is an individual layout.
